This notice covers the public ThreadRail website at threadrail.com. It is short because the site collects almost nothing.

What the website collects

The website has no contact form, no sign-up form and no comments. We do not ask you for your name or email address here, and we set no cookies.

We count visits with Plausible Analytics. It is cookieless, it stores nothing on your device, and it collects no personal data. Plausible is self-hosted on Rajoka infrastructure in the United Kingdom, so the counts are not sent to a third-party analytics company.

If you email us, we keep your message and our reply so we can deal with your request.

Signing in

Signing in to the ThreadRail app is for people an owner has added to a workspace, and uses Rajoka ID. The app is separate from this website, and its data is held on Rajoka’s own servers in the United Kingdom.

Who handles data for us

Cloudflare delivers this website and the analytics traffic, and is a sub-processor. The website and analytics run on Rajoka infrastructure in the United Kingdom.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. Email support@rajoka.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
